The structure is located on five acres in Concord Business Park at Routes 1and 322, which is approximately 25 miles west of Philadelphia near WestChester. The building was previously occupied by Plumbmaster and has 19,750sf of newly renovated office space in addition to drive-in and tailgate dockloading and a 24-foot clear ceiling. It is suitable for multiple uses, including acombined headquarters, production and warehousing operation.

P and Z will lease the building. Steve Italiano, SVP of industrial propertyfor the local-area office of CB Richard Ellis represented NCH in thenegotiations. His office will also represent the new owner in marketing thebuilding for lease.
