Private Investor Pays $1.6M for Flex Building

CONCORDVILLE, PA-Locally based NCH sells the 39,844-sf property at 98 Lacrue

CONCORDVILLE, PA-P and Z Development, a locally based private real estateinvestment partnership, buys the one-story, 39,844-sf flex/office/warehouseproperty at 98 Lacrue Avenue here from owner NCH, also based here. The saleprice was $1.6 million.

The structure is located on five acres in Concord Business Park at Routes 1and 322, which is approximately 25 miles west of Philadelphia near WestChester. The building was previously occupied by Plumbmaster and has 19,750sf of newly renovated office space in addition to drive-in and tailgate dockloading and a 24-foot clear ceiling. It is suitable for multiple uses, including acombined headquarters, production and warehousing operation.
