Seven-Acre Broad Run Biz Park Parcel Sells for $1.45M

ASHBURN, VA-A nearly seven-acre parcel of land in the Broad Run Business Park, located off Rte. 28 at Randolph Dr. and Moran Rd., has been sold to Winthrop Investment Group in a $1.45 million transaction. Real estate services provider NAI KLNB Inc. negotiated the securing of the property for Winthrop, which plans to erect a 76,500-sf industrial structure on the space by the spring of next year.

The company is also in charge of marketing the new property, where space will lease for $6.75 per-sf. “In the past two months, we have leased more than 500,000 sf of industrial space in this area, so it would not be surprising to have this building fully leased prior to the groundbreaking,” NAI KLNB’s Kevin Goeller says.
