Enviro Firm Signs 28,000-SF HQ Lease

MAHWAH, NJ-HydroQual's new location is within the 87,000-sf 1200 MacArthur Blvd. CBRE spoke for both the tenant and the building owner, Officescape Associates.

MAHWAH, NJ-HydroQual Inc., an environmental engineering and science firm, has signed on for just over 28,000 sf of office space at 1200 MacArthur Blvd. here. As part of the lease agreement, a number of upgrades were made to the building, which the new tenant will use as its headquarters.

CB Richard Ellis represented both sides of the transaction. Senior managing director Jeffrey C. Babikian, managing director Frank Lopriore and associate director Walter Wolf spoke for HydroQual. The owner of the building, Officescape Associates LLC, was repped by CBRE senior managing director Richard A. Danesi, director Brian Godau and associate Bill Hassan.
