The 86,460-sf Arundel Village will occupy a 12.5-acre parcel of land just two miles outside of the Baltimore-Washington International Airport. Located across from the celebrated 1.3 million-sf Arundel Mills retail and entertainment complex, Arundel Village will feature a 57,860-sf Safeway as its anchor. The Marketplace at Potomac Station features 96,340 sf of space and will have a 56,300-sf Giant Food store to hold down the anchor position. The retail locale will sit on a 19.6-acre parcel off Rte 7.
