Integrated Healthcare Takes 22,158 SF for HQ

WALTHAM, MA-Integrated Healthcare Information Systems, Inc. is leasing 22,158 sf of office space at 950 Winter St. in the Bay Colony Corporate Center. The company, which provides information solutions for national managed care organizations, care management providers, employers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, will use the space for its corporate headquarters. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but according to Trammell Crow Co., the average asking rent for office space in this area is about $29 per sf. Sublease deals tend to be done at lower than average rates.

John Boyle, principal and Keith Gurtler, vice president of Trammell Crow Co. represented Integrated Healthcare Information Services Inc. in the sublease transaction while John Linell of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the sublessor, Deutsche Bank.
