John J. Kirlin Inc. Signs $2.7M Lease

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-John J. Kirlin Inc. has inked an 11-year lease for 20,135 sf of office space at 3125 W. Commercial Blvd. in the Lakeshore III building in here. The deal is valued at approximately $2.7 million and the property owner is Orig LLC.

Brokers Jim Warstler and Rick Miller of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated the first year of gross rent free for John J. Kirlin Inc., a large project mechanical contractor based in Maryland.

The company’s existing space does not expire until Sept. 1, 2004, and the company probably will move into its new space this Sept. 1, Miller says.
