Brad Levin of the South Bay office of Daum says the new space represents an expansion of 50% for the firm, which signed a $500,000 lease for its new building, with the length of the lease undisclosed. Levin, who represented both American Recycled and the landlord, Nissenson Development Co., says the new facility serves as both a recycling center and the headquarters for the company.

The space is at 1960 W. 139th St. in Gardena Business Center, where the clothing recycler is expected to move this month. The new headquarters for American Recycled Clothing is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 3,000 sf of office space, ground level and dock-high loading, 18-foot minimum interior clearance and on-site parking for 60 cars.
