FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Tarragon Realty Investors has expanded its office space next door to the Las Olas River House luxury condominium project it is co-developing in downtown. Meanwhile, the condominium project–the tallest building in the city at 42 stories–is getting ready to top off.

Tarragon signed a lease for 8,824 sf from Lauderdale River Inc. for two years, while the project is being built. The property is located at 200 E. Las Olas Blvd. and the lease is valued at approximately $500,000.

Deanna Lobinsky, first vice president, Travis Herring, associate, and Jay Adams, first vice president with the local office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Lauderdale River Inc. in the lease.
