The facility is located on North Points Drive. It consists of 15,000 sf of production and lab space and 52,000 sf of warehouse space with seven loading docks and a drive-in door in addition to office space. It also contains four finished labs and multiple conference rooms, equipped with multi-media systems. The building can be expanded by another 52,000 sf.
The value of the lease is undisclosed. On condition of anonymity, area brokers estimate the rental rate at between $6.35 per sf and $7 per sf.
