The largest deal was the three-year, 75,270-sf warehouse space extension by Standard Distributing and Supply of Georgia Inc. at a 26-year-old property owned by JH Holdings Ltd. at 6684 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in nearby Norcross. John Phelps negotiated for the tenant.

In a 37-month sublease, Omnexus Americas Inc. is taking 11,357 sf in Suite 900 at the 1447 Peachtree St. Building owned by Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in Downtown. Harrison Morris and Gail Crowder represented the sublessor.

Metropolitan Life renewed its 9,643-sf office lease in Suite 2000 at 200 Galleria Parkway. Crowder negotiated for Metropolitan. The owner is GA-200 Galleria LLC.

Expanding its quarters at Building 400, Suite 1050 in the 1000 Abernathy Rd. complex owned by Northpark Associates was the local law firm of McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark. Jason Calvo, Fernando Calvo and Steve Morgan represented the tenant.

E*Trade Professional Trading LLC subleased 4,585 sf at a building owned by Equant Inc. at 75 14th St., Suite 2510. Calvo handled the deal.
