ATLANTA-The local office of Grubb & Ellis Co. is on a leasing roll after closing five industrial and office transactions totaling 108,245 sf in the last 30 days.

The largest deal was the three-year, 75,270-sf warehouse space extension by Standard Distributing and Supply of Georgia Inc. at a 26-year-old property owned by JH Holdings Ltd. at 6684 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in nearby Norcross. John Phelps negotiated for the tenant.

In a 37-month sublease, Omnexus Americas Inc. is taking 11,357 sf in Suite 900 at the 1447 Peachtree St. Building owned by Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in Downtown. Harrison Morris and Gail Crowder represented the sublessor.
