The firm's new offices occupy a portion of the 20th floor of the Broadway building. No dollar amount was announced; however, space in the building rents between $25 to $29.50 per sf.

The transaction was arranged by CR Richard Ellis' Jodi Roberts and Matthew Bergy. "Prior to Sept. 11th the firm had been growing exponentially, but unfortunately lost a lot of its operations in the terrorist attacks," Roberts explains. "Since the lease includes an expansion option for an additional 3,500 square feet, hopefully Two Twelve will continue to rebuild and grow."

Two Twelve Associates specializes in signage design, master planning and mapping for public, retail and commercial facilities. It has been involved in several major design projects in New York, including Grand Central Station, Shea Stadium and the New York City Olympic Bid Campaign.
