AT&T Hooks Up with 10-Year Lease Renewal

NEW YORK CITY-Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease deal for AT&T Wireless Services which includes a long-term lease extension for 810 Seventh Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-AT&T Wireless Services has inked a renewal and lease extension for office space at 810 Seventh Ave. With the help of Jones Lang LaSalle, the company signed a 10-year early lease renewal for the entire fifth floor, comprising 20,500 sf–bringing AT&T Wireless’ total occupancy in the building to 43,000 sf. Although no dollar amount was released on the deal, rents at 810 Seventh Ave. range from $41 to $47 per sf.

John D. Ryan III, EVP, and Lloyd Desatnick, VP, of JLL represented AT&T Wireless. The building’s owner, Reckson Associates Realty, was represented in house by Rob Fink.

AT&T Wireless has been in the building since 1994 with the company’s technical services group operating out of the fifth floor office space. The company also occupies the entire 19th floor, along with 7,200 sf on the 27th floor, through a sublease with PR Newswire that was arranged by Ryan and Desatnick last year.
