Southwestern Furniture dba Ashley Furniture will occupy the building's first two floors, which encompass a total of 40,198 sf. The tenant plans to open an Ashley Furniture store in the facility, which is located at 7310 Miramar Rd. Slated to open on Friday, Aug. 15th, the home furnishings shop will serve as an anchor tenant for the "Shoppes at the Pyramid."

The Shoppes section of the Metroplex has been designed to include stores that offer a wide variety of home furnishings and decorator products. Ashley Furniture, which is touted as one of the largest privately owned furniture manufacturers in the country, will join current tenants Treasures Furniture, Metro Flooring, Greene Music and Home Office Plus in the Metroplex complex.
