Tenants include Greenberg Traurig, Gunster Yoakley, Smith Barney, Wachovia Bank, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Alliance Capital Management, Conopco (Unilever), Jacuzzi Brands, Morton's, Steel Hector & Davis, Harris Banks, and Wealth Advisory & Tax Service (HSBC). Many companies have been tenants there since the office complex opened in 1986.

Building features include class A interior finishes, on-site restaurants, on-site structured parking, valet parking and 24-hour manned security.

Hart Advisers Inc. has retained Rockwood Realty Associates LLC, based in New York with an office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, to arrange the sale of the complex.
