The move represents an expansion of the company's Chester County warehousing and distribution operations from its current 26,250-sf location on Phoenixville Pike in Charlestown Twp., PA. CRS will move to the new location by year-end.
Taylor Young, VP at Conshohocken, PA-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented CRS in the negotiations in cooperation with Bala Cynwyd, PA-based Corporate Realty Solutions. Eli Kahn, a partner with Eagle Point Industrial Park, represented Eaglepointe Development Associates, LP, the developer of the complex and owner of the Ticonderoga Boulevard property.
Other tenants in the building are Grayco, Service Tire & Truck Centers, Stanton Door Co., Columbia Transmission, and Strober Building Supply.
