The listings are:

•Canton, MI-A former Super Kmart location at 41660 Ford Rd. on 23 acres and spans 180,000 sf. Offered for lease or sale, this retail property has an asking price of $17 million.

•Three Rivers, MI-Located 20 miles south of Kalamazoo, this 92,000 sf former Kmart is available for sale or lease. Asking price is $1.5 million.

•Mount Morris, MI-This former Kmart offers 86,600 sf of retail space and is being offered for sale at $1.5 million.

•Ludington, MI-This 86,479 sf former Kmart is in northwest Michigan, about 50 miles from Muskegon, with rental rates at $6.50 per sf.

Troy, MI-based Kmart closed about a third of its stores nationally, including more than 25 in its home state during its approximately 16-months under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, from which it emerged this past spring. Kmart owned less than 15% of the properties of the stores it closed, according to a Kmart spokesman when the closings were announced earlier this year.
