Pattillo is asking the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Georgia Regional Transportation Agency to approve his development of regional impact study for the project at Greenwood Industrial Park near Greenwood Industrial Parkway and Bethlehem Bottoms Road.

Privately held Pattillo Properties has more than 10 million sf in completed national industrial projects to its credit, according to its website. The company's largest venture to date is the 750,000-sf distribution center developed for Kellog's Co.

In Augusta, Pattillo built a 203,736-sf center for Vanity Fair and in Gainesville, the developer erected a 160,551 structure for Unilever Home & Personal Care USA.

Other large centers included a 611,000 sf park for Linens N' Things and a 506,440-center for Guess? Inc., both in Louisville, KY; and a 425,000-sf structure in Ontario, CA for Dickinson and Co.
