Pattillo Plans 2.75M-SF Mega Distribution Hub

ATLANTA-Locally based Robert Pattillo Properties, which has more than 10 million sf in completed national industrial projects to its credit, plans to build up to 2.75 million sf of new distribution space south of McDonough, GA, according to preliminary plans filed with local governmental agency officials.

ATLANTA-Locally based Robert Pattillo Properties, one of the nation’s most aggressive industrial real estate developers, plans to build up to 2.75 million sf of new distribution space south of McDonough in Henry County, according to preliminary plans filed with local governmental agency officials.

Pattillo is asking the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Georgia Regional Transportation Agency to approve his development of regional impact study for the project at Greenwood Industrial Park near Greenwood Industrial Parkway and Bethlehem Bottoms Road.

Privately held Pattillo Properties has more than 10 million sf in completed national industrial projects to its credit, according to its website. The company’s largest venture to date is the 750,000-sf distribution center developed for Kellog’s Co.
