$1.3M Wraps Up Two-Year Search

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-The 32,200-sf building finds just the right buyer in the Toledo-based Great Wall Restaurant Supply, which will add 10,000 sf of freezer space to the existing 8,000 sf to retool the building for its first distribution center in Texas.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-A 32,200-sf cold-storage facility in Grand Prairie has sold for $1.3 million to an Ohio-based supplier for restaurants, which is now ramping up a retrofitting for its first Texas distribution center.

The Great Wall Restaurant Supply Inc. of Toledo acquired 1661 S. Great Southwest Parkway from Nogales Produce Inc., which vacated the premises two days ago. The single-story building on 4.3 acres was on the market for two years, with Nogales Produce using it as extra storage for a main hub in Dallas while brokers looked for a buyer. The team making the close was Greg Morris, John Dunwoody and Don Davis, all with Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington.
