Schwetje joins Crow's industrial group which has signed more than 700,000 sf of leases and sold more than 580,000 sf of industrial product year-to-date. The brokerage has 1.1 million sf currently on the market, according to Paul Ellis, a principal and North Florida trade area director for Crow.

At Arvida/JMB, Schwetje earned the company's Circle of Excellence Award for high production from 1997 through 2001. Schwetje attended The Citadel on a football scholarship and graduated with honors in less than four years with a bachelor's of science degree in business administration. In Florida, he holds a commercial brokers and mortgage broker's license.

Schwetje is a member of the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society and a volunteer for Give Kids The World, a non-profit private locally based group dedicated to entertaining children suffering from terminal illnesses.
