Situated on a parcel on the West Street Corridor, Park Place's office component consists of two class A buildings offering 142,000 sf and 102,000 sf, respectively. The five-story structures are linked via corridors on four of the floors, and sit atop an underground parking garage capable of accommodating 1,400 vehicles.

Park Place is expected to be ready for occupancy in the final quarter of 2005, but the Transwestern leasing team, consisting of Brian Watts, Tommy Gentner and Paul Boncaro, is in place to handle pre-leasing activity. Watts tells GlobeSt.com that office space is being offered at $28 per-sf.
