Transwestern Tapped to Lease Up Park Place Offices

ANNAPOLIS, MD-Owners of Park Place–a new development consisting of office, retail and condominium space, as well as a luxury hotel and performing arts center–have chosen real estate services firm Transwestern Commercial Services to head up leasing responsibilities at the 250,000-sf office portion of the development, which includes ground level retail space. Jerome J. Parks Cos. is the project developer.

Situated on a parcel on the West Street Corridor, Park Place’s office component consists of two class A buildings offering 142,000 sf and 102,000 sf, respectively. The five-story structures are linked via corridors on four of the floors, and sit atop an underground parking garage capable of accommodating 1,400 vehicles.
