American Sunshine's new warehouse and distribution facility is located in Sunshine State International Park, one of the older parks in Miami-Dade County. The park, with about two million sf, is owned by Sunbeam Properties, owner of Miramar Park of Commerce, among other real estate assets in South Florida. American Sunshine, a subsidiary of a large company in Mexico, is the sole US distributor for the Mexico company's linens, comforters, quilts and other home furnishings.
Ted Konigsberg and Nick Wigoda, industrial specialists with Colliers International, the exclusive South Florida owner/member of Colliers International Property Consultants, represented American Sunshine LLC and were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
