In the largest of the transactions, the Housing Association of the DelawareValley relocated from 4,600 sf at 1500 Walnut Street to 8,346 sf on the 10thfloor of 1528 Walnut. The new quarters are in the 22-story building that isalso known as the Integrity Trust building. It was completed in 1932 and is ownedby locally based ASI Management.

Matt Frederick, a VP with locally based Arden Real Estate Services, brokeredall three of the transactions and represented the housing association inthis one. The local office of Seligshon Soens Hess negotiated for ASI.

Teeters Harvey and Gilboy, a locally based law firm, expanded from 2,265 sfto approximately 3,620 sf on the fifth floor of 11 Penn Center. The 29-storytower at 1835 Market Street was completed in 1987. California State TeachersRetirement System owns the building, and Mike Brown of Thomas RealtyPartners, which is based here, negotiated for the owner.

Atlanta-based ACSYS Resources renewed its lease for 3,273 sf at 1700 MarketStreet. Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust owns the building andwas represented in house by Todd Monahan.
