Three Tenants Renew and Expand in Center City

PHILADELPHIA-Two Center City tenants ink expanded leases and another firmrenews in three separate transactions that absorb a total of 15,239 sf. Theaggregate value of the leases is in excess of $1.1 million.

In the largest of the transactions, the Housing Association of the DelawareValley relocated from 4,600 sf at 1500 Walnut Street to 8,346 sf on the 10thfloor of 1528 Walnut. The new quarters are in the 22-story building that isalso known as the Integrity Trust building. It was completed in 1932 and is ownedby locally based ASI Management.

Matt Frederick, a VP with locally based Arden Real Estate Services, brokeredall three of the transactions and represented the housing association inthis one. The local office of Seligshon Soens Hess negotiated for ASI.
