The Phoenix-based developer, builder and manager's housing portfolio includes more than 28,000 units in 16 metropolitan markets in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. In the Northwest, the company manages approximately 1,700 units in six apartment communities in the Northwest.

The person in charge of growing the Northwest management portfolio is Lisa Skochdopole, the company's new VP of Pacific Northwest operations. Skochdopole joined the company this spring after leaving a management position at Trammell Crow Co. in January and taking a few months off.

At TCC, Skochdopole was a VP with TCC Residential, responsible for overseeing 8,000 units in the Northwest, 10 direct reports and more than 300 associates. She also was involved with new business development and directed third-party marketing consultants on how to design and reposition properties, including interiors and exteriors, collateral pieces and marketing efforts. In addition, she assisted in the development of new construction projects.
