The tour will show off the 100,000 sf of office space in the building occupied by DTE Energy and DTE Trading, the eight executive penthouses on the top two floors of the nine-story building and the retail establishments that occupy the first floor.
Ashley Mews occupies 1.9 acres and features three levels of underground parking and 47 brownstone-style condominiums, in addition to the penthouses.
The bulk of the residential portion of the development are 47 multilevel brownstones connected to the Ashley Mews building by a red brick pedestrian path called a "mew" meaning "alley." The "mew" connects Main and Ashley streets and the entire project to the historic west side of Ann Arbor. The living spaces are from 1,400 sf for the smallest brownstone to 5,429 sf for the largest penthouse.
