Four Deals Signed at Miramar Park of Commerce

MIRAMAR, FL-Four companies have expanded or renewed their leases at Broward County's largest corporate park. The deals are estimated to be worth at least $1.34 million total, based on reports of average area rental rates.

MIRAMAR, FL-Four companies have expanded or renewed their leases at the local mixed-use Miramar Park of Commerce for a total of approximately 40,090 sf in deals.

The specific terms of the leases were not disclosed, but they are all for at least three years. And, based on the average rental rates for the submarket in the second-quarter Broward County office and industrial reports by Cushman & Wakefield, the deals are estimated to be worth more than $1.34 million combined.

Memorial Healthcare System, a public, nonprofit healthcare provider that serves South Broward County, expanded its space in the park by 10,421 sf. This expansion of office space has an estimated value of at least $806,585 and brings Memorial Healthcare System’s total space in the park to 83,988 sf. The expanded facility is located in MPC-1A.
