Orlando Central Park Names Troan President

ORLANDO-Jeff Troan, an executive with Lockheed Martin Properties Inc. for 19 years, has been promoted to president of Orlando Central Park Inc., the commercial development arm of Lockheed Martin.

Troan has been executive vice president of OCP since 1999. He will continue to oversee the three multi-use parks within OCP and Woodland Lakes, a mixed-use development in the east section of the city. The executive vice president position will not be filled.

Orlando Central Park Inc. has had only three presidents in its 39-year existence. Jim Brown, the first president, retired in 1993. John Smith succeeded Brown, and when Smith left for another business opportunity in early 1999, Troan took over the park’s daily operations as executive vice president.
