Mark Lasman and Marc Strauss have been named senior investment associates, one of the highest levels of recognition the company gives its sales agents. Agents of level demonstrate excellence in client relationships, investment real estate expertise and sales volume, according to Gene Berman, regional manager of the local office.
Lasman is a retail investment specialist who has received many national sales awards since he joined the company in 1997. He also is a director of the firm's National Retail Group, a company division that focuses exclusively on retail property investment brokerage.
Strauss, a veteran commercial real estate agent, also joined Marcus & Millichap in 1997. He specializes in retail investment properties and is one of the top agents in the office. He too is a director of the firm's National Retail Group.
