Two Leases Take Manoa Center to Near-100% Occupancy

HAVERTOWN, PA-Two new leases totaling 3,765 sf take the 250,000-sf ManoaShopping Center at West Chester Pike and Eagle Road here to nearly 100%occupancy. Shogun Japanese Steak House will occupy a 3,063-sf space and Best Jewelersigns for 702 sf.

The anchors are Super Fresh grocery, Rite Aid, and a Mandee women’s apparelstore. A Staples office supply store is currently under construction. Justone 2,000-sf unit remains vacant.

Terms of the Shogun and Best leases are undisclosed. Area brokers whospecialize in the retail market tell GlobeSt.com that the rental rates areprobably in a range from about $22 per sf to slightly above $25 per sf.
