MIAMI-The growth and commercial loan demand in South Florida prompted the California-based commercial mortgage financing company to open an office here. The company’s president is Demetri Gutierrez.MIAMI-Capital Equity Inc., a commercial mortgage financing company based in Irvine, CA, has opened a new office here due to the high growth and an increasing demand for commercial loans in the area. The new office is located at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd. on the 28th floor.

The office is offering quotes on a variety of commercial loans. “The demand for capital for commercial real estate has motivated me to become licensed as a mortgage professional in Florida,” Demetri Gutierrez, president of Capital Equity, says in a statement.
