Jud Bass, former vice president of asset services for CB Richard Ellis Inc. here, and Lee Ring, former CEO of R.E.O. Marketing Systems Inc., are the newest senior advisors in Sperry's local office.
During his seven years at CBRE, Bass closed 250 transactions totaling one million sf and $58 million in sales volume, "establishing a strong reputation within the brokerage community as a lease negotiator for both owners and end-users," according to Stephen Hay, regional director for Sperry.
Bass graduated from the United State Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematical science. He also holds a master of science degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
With more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry, Ring specializes in investment sales and landlord/tenant representation for offices properties in the metropolitan region. He has participated in 1,000 transactions valued at more than $500 million in his career to date.
Born and raised in the city, Ring received a master of science degree in real estate from Georgia State University. He is a Nobel's Carl Duesberg Scholar for international management and a co-author of "Real Estate, Technology and the Internet." Ring is a certified real estate counselor and investment analyst, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is on the board of advisors for Dale Carnegie of Georgia.
