Sperry Van Ness Beefs Up Local Staff

ATLANTA-Sperry Van Ness, an Irvine, CA-based commercial real estate investment firm, continues to strengthen its local staff with the hiring of two senior advisors.

Jud Bass, former vice president of asset services for CB Richard Ellis Inc. here, and Lee Ring, former CEO of R.E.O. Marketing Systems Inc., are the newest senior advisors in Sperry’s local office.

During his seven years at CBRE, Bass closed 250 transactions totaling one million sf and $58 million in sales volume, “establishing a strong reputation within the brokerage community as a lease negotiator for both owners and end-users,” according to Stephen Hay, regional director for Sperry.
