One property is 6000 Indian Creek. This $27 million, 25-story, 35-unit luxury condominium tower was scheduled to begin construction this week. Homes are pre-sale priced from the $650,000s to around $2 million and units will range in size from 1,300 sf to 5,500 sf. The development was 85% sold at press time.

The other property, Terra Beachside Villas, is planned for 117 two-story urban townhomes, ranging in size from 1,050 sf to 2,050 sf. The project cost is an estimated $50 million. Pre-construction prices range from $380,000 to about $800,000. The project cost is an estimated $50 million and the developer expects to break ground in the second quarter of 2004.

The two properties are at 60th Street and Collins Avenue, across the street from each other.

Before joining 6000 Indian Creek and Terra Beachside Villas, Rainer worked as an assistant at The Bentley Beach also in Miami Beach.
