FORT MYERS, FL-Metro Investment Fund LLC has purchased an approximately 26,000-sf industrial building here for $1.9 million. The seller was Metrovest LLC of Lee County.

The approximately two-year-old building, located on two-plus acres at 12160 Metro Parkway, was about 23% occupied at the time of the sale. Three tenants–Bahama Pools, Obee’s Subs and Lee County Reprographics–occupy a total of about 6,000 sf in the building.

“It’s really one of the nicest industrial buildings in Southwest Florida,” Paul A. Sands, a broker involved in the sale, tells GlobeSt.com. The tilt wall construction building has 20-ft ceilings, is sprinkled and has a truck well, he says. “All those things are kind of hard to come by.”
