Richards distributes over 30,000 business products, ranging from office furniture to paper goods to more than 7,000 resellers in the United States and Canada from a network of 44 Distribution Centers.

Gary Sallen of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of Richards and Chicago-based Richmond Asset Management, which manages the facility.
