A heating and cooling company has purchased 36,127 sf of industrial space in Shelby Township, MI. G&E said the buyer in the Shelby Township deal was Randazzo Heating & Cooling of Washington Township.
The property, sold by the Kojaian Companies of Bloomfield, was purchased for its exposure on Van Dyke Avenue and its location within a Class A corporate park. Occupancy is expected next month.
In Howell, G&E brokered the sale of 3.21 acres to Howell Lanes Inc. The land was sold by Charles Weaver Inc. Construction is expected to begin in two years for a new bowling alley and entertainment center.
