Wholesale Art Supplier OK's 86,197-SF Pact

CHANDLER, AZ-Art Wholesalers stamps a five-year lease for the lion's share of the industrial building at 6607 W. Boston St. in a near $1.6-million deal put together by CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow brokers in Phoenix.

CHANDLER, AZ-A wholesale art supplier has taken a five-year lease on 86,197 sf of industrial space in a near $1.6-million deal that will give the tenant a front-loading distribution center for its art frames.

Art Wholesalers Inc. of Chandler grabbed the space in the 120,000-sf building after the former tenant opted not to renew its lease, John Pompay with CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. “We put out the vibe that the space was available and another broker brought us the deal within a couple days after we started marketing the property.” The new tenant will share the fully leased 6607 W. Boston St. industrial building with Ring Chem and Ashland Chemical.
