Terms are undisclosed. Brokers familiar withthis property and the Montgomery County market tell GlobeSt.com the rental rate is approximately $22 per sf.
Dennis Durkin and Joe Wolf of Washington, DC-based CB Commercial representedthe tenant. In-house broker Melissa Meyer represented the owner.
Comcast Cablevision of Pennsylvania LLC inked for 28,000 sf at 1700 Paoli Pike in Applebrook Park in Malvern. Terms are undisclosed. The average asking rental rate in Chester County is between $22 per sf and $23.50 per sf, according to GlobeSt.com research. Joe Conwell and Scott Miller of CB Commercial represented Comcast and Brandywine brokers Richard M. McGuckin and ChrisBieberbach spoke for the owner.
Gateway Funding Inc., a mortgage services company, expanded its lease at 500 Center Dr. in Fort Washington to 23,694 sf. The average asking rental rate at the two-building complex in Montgomery County is $19.50 per sf, accordingto an area broker who spoke on condition of anonymity. Brandywine's Meyer negotiated the lease.
Akcelerant Holdings Inc. leased 12,400 sf at 100 Lindenwood Dr. in Valleybrooke Corporate Center in Malvern. McGuckin and Bieberbach negotiated the lease. Area brokers estimate the rental rate is about $22 per sf.
Other new tenants and their respective suburban locations are: Smith Construction and Nextel Communications in Bensalem, Wolfson Verrichia Group in Plymouth Meeting, Becker Associates and Steven B. Berger in Bala Cynwyd,Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Entigo Corp. in Malvern, Alleagern in Berwyn, and PartnersEquity Co. in Horsham.
