GlobeSt.com EXCLUSIVE: Amerijet Renews 210,000-SF Industrial Lease

MIAMI-In one of the biggest industrial deals expected to happen in the Airport West submarket of Miami-Dade County this year, Amerijet has just signed a lease renewing its 210,000-sf space at Airport Business Center. With rates about $6 per sf at the business park, that gives the long-term Amerijet lease an estimated value of approximately $8.82 million.

.”It’s a win-win deal for both the landlord and the tenant–it’s a very good deal for both parties,” says George Pino of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International, one of the brokers who represented the owner of Airport Business Center, AMB Property, in the transaction.

Amerijet, which moves cargo by plane, has been a tenant there for more than eight years. The company did have one or two other options for space, according to Pino.
