The oceanfront sales center is located at 1924 N. Ocean Blvd. and is housed in the future site of the project's exclusive cabana club, giving buyers a taste of Vue, which will be located directly across the street.

When completed, Vue will consist of 157 units in two buildings. At press time, 50% of the residences had been sold. Occupancy is set for the first quarter of 2005.

Developer Richard Lamondin of Cornerstone Premier Communities, the luxury residential arm of Cornerstone Group, is building Vue. The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 910 sf to 1,800 sf. The project will feature five units per floor. Most of the homes will have an ocean view and prices start in the $300,000s.
