Westrum, a developer of residential communities throughout the state'ssoutheastern suburbs surrounding Philadelphia, acquired the parcel forfuture residential development, according to Steve Italiano, SVP with the Wayne, PAoffice of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis.
Italiano negotiated the sale. The parcel is the last of approximately 1,000acres Sunoco has disposed of in southeastern PA and southern New Jersey over thepast five years. All of the transactions were negotiated by area offices of CBRE,making this the "culmination of a five-year relationship" between therefiner and CBRE, Italiano says.
CBRE also has offices in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Marlton, NJ and suburbanWilmington, DE.
