Brad Chrischilles, a vice president in Crow's Jacksonville office, was top winner in three categories--best project leasing broker, Florida power broker for tenant representation and winner of the managing director's award for customer service.

Stanton Hudmon, vice president and director of brokerage, was the top retail broker. The Jacksonville office collectively won the company's team productivity award. Hudmon, Chrischilles and marketing assistant Stephanie Rosenstone generated $2.3 million in 2002 revenue.

Scott O'Donnell, a vice president in Crow's Boca Raton office, was the firm's overall top producer and best investment sales broker.

In Tampa, Jimmy Johnson, a company principal and senior vice president, won awards as top corporate services broker and Florida power broker for tenant representation. Tim Kilkelly, a senior associate, won the Year Over Year Growth Award for the broker with the most rapid increase in production.

Other brokers cited for top production were Amy Young, senior associate, Orlando, Most Deals Award; Jason Schrago, senior vice president, Orlando, Integrated Service Award; Mark Bailey, vice president, Fort Lauderdale, Best Client Relationship Award; Gregg Ickes, senior associate, Orlando, Forecaster of the Year Award; John M. Crossman, senior vice president and director of retail investment sales, Orlando, Rise Award for representing TCC values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.
