The firm will be responsible for the 27-story emerald glass tower's public areas and sales center. The firm's president, Nick Luaces, has more than 20 years' experience in hospitality and high-end residential condominiums. He has done work for Turnberry Isle Resort & Country Club and Hamptons South in Aventura, FL, and the Bath Club in Miami Beach.

According to Luaces, Emerald at Brickell will feature a contemporary look to target younger buyers. The public areas will feature transparent glass, exotic wood veneer wall applications, dark marble and granite flooring and a bright color scheme. Property amenities will include individual wine cellars and humidors, a dog walk, a garden level with a private café, as well as bay and city views.

Emerald at Brickell will have 142 homes and penthouses, with pre-construction prices ranging from $250,000 to more than $1 million.

SunVest/Hamilton, a joint venture between SunVest Resort Communities and Hamilton Investment Group LLC, is developing the project.
