Alex Redondo, president of the project's developer, A.R. Development Group, says he planned to submit requests for final permits this week. "Now that permits have been pulled, we will also begin negotiations for financing and finalizing construction," he says.

The project will feature seven units per floor and offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units and lofts with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, South Beach, Miami Beach and Downtown. Residences are priced between $240,000 and $500,000.

Construction is scheduled to begin this fall and the project is set to be completed in spring 2005. Fullerton-Diaz is the project's architectural firm, and Michael Wolk Design Associates is designing the tower's public spaces.
