Airspares Network Finalizes 30,750-SF Lease

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Airspares Network Inc., an international airline parts distributor, has inked a 30,750-sf lease at Quorum Business Center here. The value of the lease was not disclosed, but based on the average distribution space rental rate in the second-quarter industrial report by Cushman & Wakefield for that submarket, the five-year lease is estimated to be worth approximately $913,275.

Airspares Network plans to use the space for an additional distribution location starting in October. Quorum Business Center, located on the northeast corner of Southwest 10th Street and South Military Trail, features six single-story office and warehouse buildings that were built from 1986 to 1987 and have about 392,000 total rentable sf.
