"What was once a retail strip plagued by vacancy problems is becoming a thriving, community shopping center with a well-rounded mix of merchants to meet the needs of the surrounding community," JBG Rosenfeld Retail Properties vice president of leasing Bob Schwenger notes. JGBR handles leasing activity for the property. Other retailers in the shopping center include Dollar Store, Food Lion, World Gym, and of course, Babies 'R' Us. The two newest tenants, which bring the occupancy level up to approximately 85%, are expected to open for business sometime this fall. The conclusion date for the renovation project has not been announced.
